Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates is the main source of energy for the brain. You can find get them from potatoes, whole-grains, fruits, vegetables and breads.

Proteins: Proteins are responsible for building and repairing body tissues. You can find them from low-fat meat, eggs, dairy and beans.

Fats: Fats are responsible for building up your energy. You can find them from fish, nuts, and vegetable oil.

Vitamins: Vitamins is to help bones, vessels and body tissues to be healthy and function correctly. You can find them from the sun, citrus fruits and strawberries.

Minerals: Minerals is to help cells not to get too much fluid into them and to let the cells function normally. You can find them from rich-foods, milk, low-fat cheese and yogurt.

Water: Water is used to move nutrients throughout the body. You can find water from anything that needs water to grow.

These are all the most important nutrients because your body wouldn’t function as well if you didn’t have them at all. So make sure you eat them before you regret not to ! 🙂
